This isn’t something about rivalries or nothing like that, I just found it curious.

The site PopSugar is always bringing us with those “guess who” polls, which they took some random candid picture and ask to their visitors who’s the celebrity in question. Well, they took this picture from Winona hiding the face in “Stay Cool” set and asked. Do you believe 68% replied “Kate Holmes”? The haircut and the (huge) sunglasses are betraing a lot of people… =]

One of the funny answers there was:
“the reason i knew it was winona was that HUGE jamba juice – she always seems to have one in every photo i see of her lately!!!”

… It’s the late Brad Renfro’s last role, and one that should prove to be much eerier than Heath Ledger’s stint as the Joker. It’s got thumbsucking Lou Taylor Pucci as an entirely different sort of character, but Billy Bob Thornton steals just about every clip he’s in — and there’s also the likes of Amber Heard, Winona Ryder, Mickey Rourke, Kim Basinger, Rhys Ifans, and Brandon Routh. I found some medium quality pictures of Noni on “Stay Cool” set yesterday, in Valencia, California.

Hilary Duff, Winona Ryder, Josh Holloway from the TV Show ‘Lost’, and Sean Astin of ‘Lord Of The Rings’ fame, film scenes for the new Polish brother’s comedy ‘Stay Cool’. The film centres on a successful author (Mark Polish) who is forced to confront an unrequited high school crush, Scarlet Smith (Winona Ryder), when he returns home. Hilary Duff plays a high school senior who flirts with the author and tries to hook up with him at the prom; was pictured on set in her prom dress. Meanwhile, in other scenes Ryder is hugged and kissed by Polish and a tattooed gangster style Holloway makes a strange sight after teaming up with Sean Astin’s gay character and Polish for a scooter ride. The film is due to be released next year.

Billy Bob Thornton, on learning that his co-stars in The Informers were Winona Ryder and Mickey Rourke, told Total Film magazine:

“You gotta worry when I’m the sanest person on set.”

Short films directed by Kate Hudson and Kirsten Dunst, and new projects featuring Jessica Biel, Dana Delany, Winona Ryder, Rainn Wilson, David Arquette will highlight the 14th annual Palm Springs International ShortFest Aug. 21-27 at the Camelot Theatres in Palm Springs.

The festival, featuring 2,700 films on screen and in its marketplace, has been called “the Sundance of short film festivals” because of its appeal to the U.S. film industry.

Dunst’s directorial project, “Welcome,” stars Winona Ryder. The festival will open at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 22 with a screening of award-winning live-action and animated films including “Life’s Hard” from Romania; “Manon on the Asphalt” (France), and “Sikumi (On the Ice)” (U.S.).

Finally “The Informers” trailer is up! Rock on!

Finally I was able to cap Sex & Death. I really enjoy the movie, Winona is great with all those facial expressions that we love.
