Winona is a Cheater!
Winona Ryder has joined the cast of Ron Howard’s infidelity comedy “Cheaters.”
Previously reported under the title “Your Cheating Heart,” but referred to by Deadline Hollywood as “Cheaters” (though it’s hard to tell if its just their shorthand in getting the story up or a legitimate title change) the film centers on a man who finds out his best friend’s wife is cheating, only to struggle with what to do with the knowledge. Vince Vaughn is set to play the man struggling the knowledge, while Ryder will play the cheating wife married to Kevin James. The film is based off an idea by Brian Grazer, produced by Vaughn and Imagine Entertainment and has been adapted into a script by Allan Loeb (“Wall Street 2,” “The Baster”).
While it was previously reported that this wouldn’t go in front of cameras until next year, the film is now being prepped for a spring shoot in Chicago.

Yes and these are more lies from Hollywood. Winona is doing none of this! Hollywood is just pulling everyone’s chain. As for Britney Murphy and Corey Haim, they are not dead. More freaking lies. Do not believe anything about any celebrity because they are all lies and Hollywood is that way because they are run by the mafia!

Wow! It says in the news that Winona outshined Uma Thurman, Kate Beckinsale, and Carla Gugino, in the auditions. And she impressed the producers during her auditions. And how lucky is Kevin James? What a freakin lucky guy! My mom and watch his show THe King of Queens.

Hmm. Now this is definetly different, huh? Winona in a RON HOWARD directed comedy about cheating – with two very funny popular actors! Even more, it all seems to be coming together realistically for her, finally. I see know she has had this in her…around her…all this time, to be strong, smart and succeed. I can truly see love flows somewhere in this world, at least. Anyhow, I’m very happy for her, as long as it makes her happy as well. Yep, yep. B good.
Personally, I prefer “Your Cheating Heart” to “Cheaters” as this film’s title. It just seems more open to hopeful interpretation and less plain, subjectively.
But, as some know, what you want and what you get are two completely different things.
Also, despite it having comedic duos, Kevin James and Vince Vaughn, I wouldn’t expect the story flow to be all humor. Because with Winona and Jennifer Connelly, along with Ron Howard’s mixed direction, it could be like the “Wedding Crashers” meets a less intense, non-murderous “Unfaithful” with Richard Gere and Diane Lane.
Possibly, maybe … more ‘Crashers’ though.
This is an interesting film choice for Winona Ryder. In terms of comedy, this seems like another ‘Mr. Deed’s’ but possibly with a better story dynamic. Vince Vaughn is totally hilarious. It will be most interesting to see how he and Winona wlll play off each other since they both can have some “sharp” dialogue in their roles. When the production starts soon, I’ll be tracking any and all information daily from the film at my new forum which is still under-construction.
