Slater hopes to reprise role in “Heathers” sequel
Hollywood actor CHRISTIAN SLATER is desperate to return to the big screen alongside WINONA RYDER in a sequel to their hit film HEATHERS, calling the potential project a “dream come true”.
Slater starred alongside Ryder and Shannen Doherty in the popular 1989 comedy about four girls who form a clique at a suburban high school.
And he admits he and Ryder have been itching to pair up again for a follow-up to the movie.
Slater tells AOL Television, “Yeah, sometimes I see Winona (Ryder) and she’s like, ‘Are you ready to do Heathers 2?’ And I’m like, ‘Sure!’ I would do it in a heartbeat. I would totally love to do that character again – J.D… That would be like a dream come true for me. So we’ll see. If they want to put something together, I’d be thrilled.”

I really wonder how they could do it!
Honestly I doubt it will ever be done – and I don’t think the sequel would be as good – it wouldn’t be fresh it would be…..a sequel…(-;
That sounds thilled to me ! Christian is a good friend of Winona now and past ,too (^_^)
They are both too old to be making a sequel to a 20 year old teenage movie.
Winona needs to concentrate on getting quality movie roles so she can finally win that Oscar she so richly deserves.
