Video Archive
Finally I found some time and opened a video archive to Winona Online! I have in my computer a huge folder with tons of Winona-related videos, that I’ve been downloading for a long time and this week I decided to upload it and share it with you.
The archive online are still in the beggining, but you can expect more this week.

And I added 100 captures from an interview Winona did to IGN site, in order to promote A Scanner Darkly. The file is too huge and I can’t upload it here, but you can view the captures at this time.

Official ‘Star Trek XI’ Forums Open
Star Trek just opens December 25. In the meantime, however, fans now have a new place where they can talk about the upcoming film by J.J. Abrams on the newly launched forums on the official site. Check out the forums by clicking here.
The new message boards are pretty straightforward with boards specifically for the movie, general Star Trek discussions, off-topic discussions, and comments and suggestions. At the same time, the official Star Trek site is keeping its forums open despite the fact that there is no clear sign that anyone is taking over the news operation there

New “old” pictures
Well, Sundance festival is happening, and it seems Winona is too busy with Star Trek, because I couldn’t find any picture on her in festival.
But in my current searchs for new pictures, and with a good help on subjects from Simon, I found new pictures from Noni. Some of them are just HQ version of existent ones, but some of them are totally new. Older, but new…

RIP Heath Ledger
A break into our Noni world to a very sad news. The actor Heath Ledger was found dead in his apartment today. The Australian-born actor was 28.
Ledger’s respectable filmography includes roles in films such as Candy, Monster’s Ball, 10 Things I Hate About You, Lords of Dogtown, I’m Not There, and Brokeback Mountain, for which he earned a Golden Globe- as well as an Academy Award nomination in 2006. His last onscreen appearance looks to be the role of Joker in the much anticipated Batman Begins sequel, The Dark Knight, pending a July 2008 U.S. release.
My deepest condolences to his family, loved ones and loyal fans. It’s a tremendous loss, I’m really shocked. RIP, Heath…

Brad Renfro dead from unknown cause
Actor Brad Renfro, famous for his role in the movie “The Client,” was found dead in his Los Angeles home on Tuesday morning. He was 25.
Official cause of death has yet to be released, though the sometimes-troubled actor had spent 10 days in jail in 2006 after pleading ‘no contest’ to driving while intoxicated, and ‘guilty’ to attempted possession of heroin.
Renfro had recently finished working with Billy Bob Thornton and Winona Ryder on “The Informers.”
My sinceres condolences to his family an friends. RIP, Renfro.

Interview “The Last Word” Director Geoff Haley
Screening in the Dramatic Competition program at Sundance ’08, “The Last Word” is Geoff Haney’s feature debut. A dark romantic comedy set in Los Angeles, it follows Evan (Wes Bentley), a writer who makes a living writing other people’s suicide notes. When Evan meets Charlotte (Winona Ryder), the free-spirited sister of a client, a romance develops despite secrets, and heading for some complex deception. Sundance’s David Courier calls “The Last Word” a “surprisingly touching, quirky, and wickedly intelligent” comedy that “confronts loss, redemption, and our curious need to leave a legacy.”

Lack of updates
The things are very quiet in Winonaland, so it’s the reason this site isn’t being updated. I’m working now in a new version of the site, also in fixing all missing pages, specially in filmography. The new version will be ready this week.
